Allying with those who fight for change in their community.

During the summer of 2020 tensions in the city of Columbus, OH were high. Coronavirus was at a peak. George Floyd protests were happening all over the country. The tragic and savage shooting and death of Ahmaud Arbery. Citizens from all over the city and surrounding areas came to protest at the Columbus City capital for multiple days in a row.

David Thornton, who often takes clients to and from the downtown hotels and restaurants, drove by and noticed the crowd. He too was moved by the events taking place in the country and felt solidarity for those who exercising their civil rights in his own city. He decided he would do his part by supplying the protestors with food.

Ever the man to rally those around him he even solicited the help of his family! He didn't stop at the protestors downtown either. Seeing that he had extra sandwiches left he then began to walk up and down High St giving them away to those in need.
